The data you give us when you fill in the contact form or write to us by email or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, preferred language, area of Madrid, training location, goals, availability and the content of your message.

If you choose to tell us about a health matter (for example, an injury or postpartum recovery), we will use it only to adapt your training and with your explicit consent. It is optional: you can also mention it in our first conversation.

• To reply to your request and tell you about services, availability and prices.
• To organise and deliver training sessions if you book them.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not make automated decisions.

Your consent, when you send the form and tick the acceptance box (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and, for health data, Art. 9.2.a GDPR); taking pre-contractual steps or performing the contract if you book a service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

If you do not book a service, for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and no longer than one year. If you do, for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules).

We do not sell or pass on your data. To run the website we use providers that may access it only to provide their service to us:

• FormSubmit, which forwards the contact form to our email.
• Google (Gmail, to receive and reply to messages, and Google Fonts, which serves the website’s fonts and receives your IP address when the page loads).
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way.
• The website’s hosting provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to julieta89lee00@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores the language you choose in your browser (local storage), so the site opens in that language next time. This technical setting does not identify you and you can clear it in your browser settings.
