General

A private personal trainer creates personalized one-to-one sessions based on your goals, fitness level, space, equipment, and schedule. Julie offers private training at home, in private gyms, and in building gyms across Madrid, with full attention to your specific body and goals in every session.

Completely fine. Many of Julie's clients come to her with little or no prior training experience. The first consultation is a relaxed conversation — there is no fitness test, no pressure, and nothing to prove. Julie will design sessions that meet you exactly where you are and build from there at a pace that feels right for you.

No. Julie works with people at all fitness levels and is known for her calm, non-judgmental approach. Private training means there is no gym floor to feel self-conscious on — it is just you and Julie, in your own space, working toward your goals without pressure or comparison.

Both, depending on what you need. Julie's sessions are designed to feel like genuine care for your body — intentional, respectful, and focused on how you feel, not just what you can lift. You will work hard when that serves you, and recover, move, and reconnect with your body when that is what is needed. Many clients describe it as the most consistent form of self-care they have.

Yes, absolutely. Julie offers private in-home training precisely for clients who prefer not to train in a public gym environment. Sessions at home are fully effective — often more so, because you are relaxed, focused, and entirely comfortable in your own space. Many clients make their best progress training at home.

No. Julie works especially well with women and women-centered training goals, but she also welcomes men and clients of different backgrounds who want private, personalized training. The focus is on quality, attention, and an approach that respects the individual.

No. Julie provides personal training and fitness coaching. She does not provide medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. Recovery-aware training is available for clients who have received appropriate medical or physiotherapy clearance and want to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence through exercise.

Private one-to-one sessions are 30 € per hour. Training as a duo is 20 € per person per hour, and groups of 3 or more are 15 € per person per hour. The same rates apply to every service, including in-home, recovery-aware, postpartum, women's strength, and older adult training.

Small Group Training

Yes. Julie offers women's small group training for groups of 3 or more. Groups can be formed by friends, family members, colleagues, or women with similar goals, fitness levels, and schedules. The goal is to keep the experience private, supportive, personalized, and confidence-building. Group sessions are 15 € per person per hour; duos are 20 € per person per hour.

Yes. If you are interested in small group training but do not have a partner or group in mind, Julie can help match you with women who have similar goals, schedules, fitness levels, and training preferences. Reach out to discuss what you are looking for and she will let you know if there is a suitable match available.

Groups are kept small and carefully matched, so Julie can give meaningful attention to each person throughout the session. Sessions are designed around the specific group — not a generic template — and everyone is matched by similar goals and fitness levels. It feels much closer to private training than to a class.

Women's Training & Body Confidence

Start with a private consultation. Julie will listen to where you are — physically and emotionally — and build from there. Strength and body confidence come together through consistent, respectful training that meets you where you are right now, not where you think you should be. There is no prerequisite level of fitness or appearance required.

No. Julie does not focus sessions on weight loss, body shape, or appearance. Her work is built around how you feel, how you move, and what your body can do. If weight or aesthetic goals are part of your personal intention, that is respected — but sessions are never built around shame, pressure, or comparison.

Yes — this is exactly Julie's approach. Her women's training is built around functional strength, better posture, improved mobility, and the feeling of confidence that comes from knowing what your body can do. Strength training is about capacity, not aesthetics.
